Refund Policy

At Wärma™, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
The product includes all tags/packaging (if provided)
You contact us before sending anything back
To start a return, email us at {{insert your support email}} with:
Order number
Name
Photos of the item
Reason for return
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Used or worn items
Damaged items caused by customer misuse
Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)
Items returned without approval
Any item received more than 30 days ago
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund
If the fault cannot be verified from photos, we may request the item be returned for inspection.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and received (if required), we will:
Inspect the item
Issue a refund to the original payment method
Refund processing time:
3–5 business days after approval
Your bank may take additional time to process the funds
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different colour/size, please request a refund and place a new order.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed by our supplier.
Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may still request a return after receiving the item (see eligibility above).
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty
Return shipping is non-refundable
We recommend using a tracked service; lost returns cannot be refunded
8. Lost or Missing Refunds
If your refund does not appear:
Check your bank account
Contact your bank or payment provider
Email us if the refund is still missing after 10 business days
9. Items Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
Check with neighbours or safe places
Contact the courier for GPS confirmation
Email us and we will assist in filing a claim
We cannot issue refunds until the courier completes their investigation.
