Your order is then sent to our supplier for fulfilment.

When the item ships, you will receive a dispatch notification (tracking available where provided by the supplier).

We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if payment fails, or if incorrect information was submitted.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier location. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.

Please note:

Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather, or high-volume periods.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

We comply with UK Consumer Rights Act standards.

You may return your item within 30 days if:

The item is unused and in original condition.

You contact us before returning the item.

You follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

We do not accept returns for:

Wear and tear

Customer damage

Items returned without contacting us first

Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method upon inspection and approval.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed by the supplier.
Once fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return after delivery (see above).

All images, branding, text, and content on this website—including the Wärma™ name and logo—are protected by copyright and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wärma™ is not liable for:

Delays caused by third-party couriers

Incorrect customer information

Minor variations in colour or sizing

Losses resulting from misuse of the product

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
